About Us

Heart to Heart Children's Services was started by parents who know firsthand the importance of providing an early start of Intervention to make the greatest impact. Our heart's mission is to provide high quality services to eligible children in the early stages of life, creating a lasting impact that will improve their skill base and their overall daily lives in a tangible, visible way.
Here at Heart To Heart Children's Services, we provide initial and ongoing service coordination focused on supporting both our clients and their families. We have special instructors, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech and language pathologists and experienced ABA providers, providing services in an array of languages. Authorized providers go down to our clients' homes to ensure quality service. Our method of embedded coaching ensures that our families are our first priority and that their voices and needs are our main focus. Our providers are not only focused on increasing your child's skill set but will give you and your family foundational tools and specific ideas to be able to contribute and build your child between sessions and beyond.

Hi! My name Is Kevin Shomononov. I come from a background in the health care sector, and I have developed an understanding and passion of caring for our families. Thankfully, I am applying that passion to Early Intervention. My goals are to make sure no child is left behind, the child is getting the services they deserve, and making sure they are reaching milestones! We work hand in hand with families, and providers to make sure we can provide top quality services. On my free time I love to go out with my son and my wife! Contact us today!
Esther Malkie Roth, MSED, MSpED, SBL, BCBA, LBA
Program Director
As a teacher in special education and a Mom for over 20 years, I've enjoyed all those moments of building skills into our future generation. I started off as a preschool teacher as I graduated with my degree in Education and Special Education through Daeman College. After receiving my degree in School Building Leadership through St. John's University, I opened and ran a Head Start. I moved onto working in Schools and with individuals, once receiving my BCBA/LBA through Florida Institute Technology. I look forward to supporting our families and their children and ensuring they are well taken care of throughout their journey at Heart to Heart Children's services. On my free time, I like to go on trips and play games with my children.

I am a skilled physical therapist with more than 10 years of experience in early intervention. As a clinician, I am passionate about helping families optimize their child’s limitless potential and bond through play. In my role at Heart to Heart Children’s Services, I am dedicated to continuously building and supporting my incredible team of interdisciplinary clinicians, so that they are empowered and effective in coaching, collaborating, and making an impact on a family's journey through development and lifelong success. The moments I’m not caring for NYC families, I enjoy traveling and exploring our world with my own family.
